Hi, I'm Emily Watson. As a real estate agent, I love helping first time home buyers realize that purchasing a home is something you can actually do and that it doesn't have to be scary. I believe that there are many things first time home buyers don't know that can help them achieve home ownership. Even things like having student loan debt or not having a large down payment don't have to stop you from buying a home and I want to help show you how!
I became a real estate agent because I love helping people and wanted to assist people in purchasing their first home and making it affordable even when they think it's not.
After getting my license at 25 and working as an agent, I realized that there were so many people of all ages out there that weren't buying because they were scared or didn't think it was even an option for them. With my knowledge of the process and my connections with lenders I wanted to show first time buyers that there are ways they can buy a home without it being confusing or scary.
